Update Root CA on Git for Windows

The file you need to edit (assuming 64-bit Windows 10) is located under:
\Program Files\Git\mingw64\etc\ssl\certs\ca-bundle.crt

Simply append the DER TXT version to the end of the file. The DER TXT looks something like PacyWorld Root CA TXT. Take everything from and including "-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE-----" to "-----END CERTIFICATE-----".
